Le Resto'Rond

Sophie&#39;s French trip is a small note to travel by car in France. The best thing is to stop wherever the car feels beautiful. This time, I found a place that really deserves the blue water of the lake. French name Lac de Serre-Pon&ccedil;on, the entire lake is melted by the snowy mountains of the Alps in France, because it contains minerals, the lake color is a little blue milk color, but crystal clear. This lake area is quite niche, except for the French locals, few tourists find it, eat an authentic French meal at the lakeside restaurant Les Flots Bleus, the snails of the fore dish, the steak of the main dish, the dessert caramel pudding, it is not worth the trip.

I admit I expected more. The two main critizisms have to do with 1) one of the main meals was clearly below expected quality with halb of the meat quasi-inedible 2) we were quite clearly firgotten at one point... had to with for an hour (!) to get the desserts&#39; menu. Or they may have punished us for their poor quality meat left on the plate.Having said that - the venu has stunning view and a very welcoming and warm feel to it. The waitresses were pleasant. Food ... while not copious (you&#39;d look for that in a different type of place, right?) was still reasonable. Would I return? Possibly, who knows.
